Description:

Time to make a quilt with some big pieces that goes together quickly!! Triple Barnstar is the quilt! Available in Throw size (76”) or Queen (92”).

You Need:

• Triple Barnstar Pattern

Fabrics: (to be purchased at Treasure Chest Quilting)

• 2 ½ yds background (white)

• 40+ 10” squares or Twenty Fat Quarters

• 4 ½ yds backing

• 5/8 yd binding

Additional Supplies:

• Sewing machine in top working order with power cord and foot pedal

• New 70 needle

• ¼” foot for your machine

• Thread

• Small scissors

• Rotary cutter with new blade

• Small ruler (6.5” x 12.5”)

• Small iron & wool pressing mat or pressing surface

• Acorn starch spray and pen

• Other sewing supplies (seam ripper, marking tools, etc.)

Before class:

• Purchase supplies

• Starch background fabric, do NOT starch layer cake (10” squares) if you are using fat quarters, they may be starched.
